We've just updated some of the JavaScript events we fire via our embeds/widgets.
You can listen for these events on your parent page (or via Google Tag Manager) and use them to do all sorts of cool things - from logging more detailed analytics about your user behaviour to calling other services (eg 3rd party live chat) when your user does something within the Malcolm! embedded content on your page.
