Ratings & feedback just got better!

We've just added some great new ratings and feedback related features:

• In addition to the current "Did this help you? Yes/No" style of rating you can now alternatively switch to a star rating system.  Users can rate content from 1 to 5 stars.  You can use different rating systems for FAQs and Workflows if you wish.

• You can now edit the colours associated with positive, negative, neutral or unrated feedback via your theme, accessed through the Brand area of MyMalcolm.

• If you wish users to be able to leave a comment on positive and neutral FAQ feedback you can now enable this (previously users were only able to comment on negative FAQ feedback).

This can be configured from the settings area of MyMalcolm
