We have some great enhancements to the email answer functionality of Workflows today.  Email answers are the feature that lets you configure email alerts each time one of your customers fills out a Workflow.

You could already do cool things like conditional alerts eg trigger different emails to different people based on choices made or information supplied by your customer but this latest update lets you customise the sender, subject, content and look and feel of those emails - plus you can now send a custom email to the Workflow completer (your customer) natively from Malcolm!
