One of the most popular and useful features of Malcolm! is the ability for your users to rate and leave comments about your FAQs and Workflows.
We've just made this feature even better by adding two further options:
- There is now an option to ask the user to leave their email address - great if they'd like a follow up. Find out more here.
- You can link to a Workflow from the ratings area and use that Workflow to capture specific feedback details from the user (and pass the data captured into other systems). Find out more here.
