So you’ve created your content in Malcolm! and you’ve embedded that into your website (or maybe you are using our hosted hub) but you want to make sure your customers are especially looked after when you are closed and they can’t call you or get a quick response on email.

Why not implement Malcolm’s floating widget on your website for the hours you are closed?

Set up the widget as normal via the “share” section of MyMalcolm - instructions here - then on the visibility tab configure things so the content is hidden during your schedule and set that schedule to be your opening hours.

For example, if you are open Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm your settings would look like this:

Then the floating widget will only appear over your site when you are closed, giving extra help and support to customers during the hours they won't be able to get a human response. Neat right?
